		<description>Hmm. Sounds like you are logged in as a non-administrative user. Is this a work PC by any chance?

If so then chances are that your administrator has your PCs set up so that you can&#039;t install new hardware as a non admin user. And obviously you can;t upgrade yourself to an administrator either.

Best bet is to sweet talk your local admin guy into installing the device/ software for you.

But the problem is that I cannot find where that is located. Ive tried many things but cannot find administration rights on my Windows XP.
